QRM was not like any of the other agencies, I was living in another part of the country and all the other agencies would not give me a chance at getting a place through them because I could not get to Hamilton to view the properties. QRM have taken a chance with me and I will not let them down

Even though our stay was for few months she addressed each of our concerns with reasonable priority. 100% satisfied with their service . I really appreciated everything Dave did as a property manager. I was grateful at how quickly Dave responded to emails, texts and phone calls. Dave is an affable communicator - calm, reassuring, professional and relatable. He listens to and understands the needs of tenants and home owners making him the perfect go-between and problem solver, able to keep everyone happy and on track. Dave also has a brilliant sense of humor which helps make things run smoothly - which is ultimately what you need in a property manager. I can't recommend him enough  Thank you very much Dave.
